Stopping future renewals
For a subscription purchased through Paddle, use the Manage subscription link in the transaction email and confirm cancellation in the Customer Portal, or contact Paddle payment support. Cancellation prevents later renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues until that date. It does not itself refund earlier charges. Existing users retain complimentary Plus access without automatic renewal.
Statutory withdrawal
EU consumers generally have 14 days from concluding a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. The first subscription payment is distinct from later monthly renewals; a renewal does not automatically create a new withdrawal period. Starting to use Aqteron or signing in is not an automatic waiver of your rights. Any early performance charge or loss of a withdrawal right requires the legal conditions and separate express consents.
For eligible purchases through Paddle, its Customer Portal provides a separate Request withdrawal function during the withdrawal period. Access it from the receipt or Paddle payment support. This is distinct from Cancel subscription. A lawful withdrawal is refunded within 14 days of notice. You may also send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to the seller; EIREEN Tech can help route an Aqteron request. Plus is temporarily unavailable for new users.
Commercial refunds
Aqteron has not introduced a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee or a refund after every renewal. For future Paddle orders, discretionary refunds are assessed under the Paddle policy; an application does not guarantee approval. Statutory withdrawal, non-conformity and other mandatory rights remain separate and protected.
Incorrect charges or a missing service
For an incorrect or unrecognised charge, contact the seller shown on the receipt; for Paddle transactions use Paddle payment support. For an app or activation problem, first contact Aqteron technical support with the order reference and relevant details. If the issue is not resolved, a Paddle buyer may also request a remedy from Paddle. Any refund and resulting access change follow the applicable decision and law; a Paddle refund ends access to the refunded paid product, without by itself being a request to delete all your app data.
Sales processed through Paddle
For an order processed through Paddle, EIREEN Tech provides the platform and the Paddle entity identified at checkout and on the receipt is the seller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment enquiries, billing documents and returns for that sale. Aqteron technical support remains with EIREEN Tech. Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern the payment transaction; these platform terms do not replace them.
9. Optional withdrawal notice

Delete options that do not apply. This model is optional; any unambiguous statement is sufficient.
