Sales processed through Paddle
For an order processed through Paddle, EIREEN Tech provides the platform and the Paddle entity identified at checkout and on the receipt is the seller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment enquiries, billing documents and returns for that sale. Aqteron technical support remains with EIREEN Tech. Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern the payment transaction; these platform terms do not replace them.
Complaints and consumer rights
Send a complaint about Aqteron to contact@aqteron.com with the facts and the remedy requested. Mandatory consumer remedies, competent courts and applicable mediation rights remain available. Payment disputes for Paddle sales follow the seller’s Buyer Terms.
Privacy information
Aqteron stores your account identifier and plan eligibility, assigned plan, access source, status and dates. Previously submitted plan requests retain their identifier, status and timestamps. Complimentary access does not require card details. For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle handles payment data under its own privacy notice. Aqteron uses subscription and transaction references for access and support. Do not send card details to Aqteron support.
