Existing users retain complimentary Plus access. No card, charge or automatic renewal is required. You can choose Free and reactivate complimentary Plus from your account.

All published plan prices are base prices excluding tax, including after a price change. Applicable VAT or sales tax is added. The total including tax and the monthly billing frequency must be shown before you confirm a purchase. For example, at 20% VAT, €15.00 becomes €18.00 per month including VAT; your actual tax depends on your purchase details.

The app limit applies when creating a new app. Updates to an existing app do not create another app. Technical upload, storage, request and capability limits still apply; no unlimited storage or usage is promised.

The current password-confirmed switch to Free takes effect immediately. It keeps your app records and files; it does not automatically delete apps or data. The Free app limit applies to new apps, and features requiring a higher plan may stop working. Download your source ZIPs and retain any data you need before changing plans. Switching plans is not a way to cancel a separately billed subscription; externally managed billing must be handled with its seller.

These are building blocks for your apps. Users, chat, calls, notifications and integrations work only when implemented in the app; choosing a plan does not add them automatically.

ChatGPT, Claude and other AI subscriptions, API usage and external service fees are separate. They are not included in an Aqteron subscription.

No payment required

The published Plus price is €15.00 per month before applicable taxes. Plus is temporarily unavailable for new users. Existing users retain complimentary access; this price does not create a charge or automatic renewal.

For a subscription purchased through Paddle, use the Manage subscription link in the transaction email and confirm cancellation in the Customer Portal, or contact Paddle payment support. Cancellation prevents later renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues until that date. It does not itself refund earlier charges. Existing users retain complimentary Plus access without automatic renewal.

EU consumers generally have 14 days from concluding a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. The first subscription payment is distinct from later monthly renewals; a renewal does not automatically create a new withdrawal period. Starting to use Aqteron or signing in is not an automatic waiver of your rights. Any early performance charge or loss of a withdrawal right requires the legal conditions and separate express consents.

For eligible purchases through Paddle, its Customer Portal provides a separate Request withdrawal function during the withdrawal period. Access it from the receipt or Paddle payment support. This is distinct from Cancel subscription. A lawful withdrawal is refunded within 14 days of notice. You may also send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to the seller; EIREEN Tech can help route an Aqteron request. Plus is temporarily unavailable for new users.

For an order processed through Paddle, EIREEN Tech provides the platform and the Paddle entity identified at checkout and on the receipt is the seller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment enquiries, billing documents and returns for that sale. Aqteron technical support remains with EIREEN Tech. Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern the payment transaction; these platform terms do not replace them.
